At the Woolworth we work with a number of preferred caters to make your dream day come to life. And even if your food choice isn’t on our preferred list we can work with you to make it happen! Our goal is to make sure everything is tailored to you.
Along with our packages and bespoke options we offer the following add ons:
• Chapel & Ceremony Space (for up to 150 guests): $1,000 (see our floor-plan)
• Custom beverage and bar options to match you budget and selection
• Additional guests suites for friends and family (we have over 35 one and two bedroom lofts on the third, fourth and fifth floor of our building)
FAQs
What all is included?
All packages provide access to the space from 9am-11pm, a basic floor setup, tables, chairs and at least one private suite for getting ready and an overnight stay. The Shine package and above also includes all linens, standard place settings, day of venue management and additional suites.
What is parking like?
We have three recommended parking options:
- Often couples suggest metered street parking to guests
- There is parking garage behind the building managed by the Lund group that allows for hourly parking
- We have a partnership with a valet company that can offer onsite services for the day of your event for an additional cost
Do you have on-site event coordinator?
Our venue manager is happy to help you with all things that involve The Woolworth. At minimum an event attendant will be present the day of your event to answer questions and maintain care of the building (restroom checks, addressing spills, check in with vendors etc).
The Event Attendant does not run your timeline or provide planning services. A number of our packages offer “Day of Coordination” or it can be added at an additional cost.
Can we have alcohol at The Woolworth?
Yes, alcohol is permitted in the building. All alcohol must be provided by one of partners to ensure safety and legal requirements (no outside alchol is allowed). Additionally, all alcohol must stay within the event space and a security guard is required when alchohol is served.
What food/catering options do you have?
We work with a number of preferred caterers across the area. If a caterer is not on our list we’d be happy to reach out to add them to our list. We also allow couples to bring in their own food, which is a $1,000 add-on, this includes access to a food setup space and light cleanup afterwards.
Do you provide event setup and tear down?
All our packages include a reception floor plan. Shine and Luxe packages include setup and tear down, however, the Spark package requires setup by the guest. We’re happy to discuss full responsibilties in detail.
Are there any setup or decor restrictions?
Yes, we request no nails, screws, staples or similar items be used on our walls or fine wood unless previously cleared with the venue manager.
Additionally, no open, live flames are allowed in the event space, we request any contained flames be reviewed prior to the vent. LED or other flameless solutions are always allowed.
Finally, no rice, confetti or similar items are to be used in the space.
